Compensation

The Board of Directors is remunerated as follows:

Fee:
Chairman CHF 20,000 per year
Vice Chairman CHF 12,000 per year
Member CHF 10,000 per year

Attendance fee: CHF 500 per meeting
Travelling expenses: 1st class train ticket per meeting

For members of the Board of Directors who are members of the Executive Board of a bank, the Pfandbriefzentrale has been paying the entire compensation to the respective member bank since 2014.
